Nora Darlene Carroll Brock Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Darlene Carroll Brock, age 64, of Chickamauga, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on July 17, 1958 to the late Charles "Bud" Carroll and Wanda Jewell Douglas Carroll Ingram. Darlene attended Ringgold High School, graduating in 1976. She retired from BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee in 2017 after almost 41 years of service, as Director of Membership Administration. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, cross stitching and reading, but her greatest joy was her family. Darlene was preceded in death by her father and mother, brother Frank Carroll, grandparents George and Nora Dennis Dunn, and Frank and Lala Turner Douglas. She is survived by her stepfather Wayne Ingram, son John (Rachel) Brock, daughter Toni (Tommy) Grant, and grandchildren Kayla Morris, Savannah and Andrew Brock, and Emma and Abby Grant. She is also survived by her brothers Chris and Richard Carroll, brother Dusty Ingram, and many nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 28, 2022 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens-South.
