Alma DeAnne Boyd Huskey Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Alma DeAnne Boyd Huskey age 84, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away Wednesday – June 16, 2021. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Denver Bernard and Alma Pearl Bowman Boyd. She was a lifelong resident of the Ringgold area, a 1955 graduate of LaFayette High School and a member of Boynton United Methodist Church where she enjoyed being part of the Wesley Sunday School Class. She was a former employee of Western Union and for many years owned and operated Huskey’s Antiques and Crafts in Boynton. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of sixty-two years: Richard Marion Huskey. She is survived by her children, Rod Huskey of Ringgold, GA, Kim (Bill) Smith of Signal Mtn. TN, brother: Denny (Suzanne) Boyd of Largo, FL, grandchildren, Rachel (Nate) Johnson, Rebekah (Brandon) Ezell, Kyle (Annie) Smith, great-grandchildren: Phillip, Gracie, Micah and Asher Johnson and Brooks Ezell, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Tuesday after 12 noon until the service Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm – Tuesday – June 22, 2021 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens-South. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Homes - Wallis-Stewart Chapel Ringgold, Georgia.
