Florence Estelle Hall Pittman, 63, of Rossville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. She was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and was a member of New Covenant Holiness Church and loved spending time with her family and friends. She was completely devoted to her family and would always put others needs before her own. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend that will be truly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil & Lillie Pearl Blancett Hall; and siblings, Marshall Hall, Jessie Hall, Alvin Hall, Roy Hall, Troy Hall, Essie Hall, Franklin Hall and Cecil Hall, Jr.
Survivors include her loving husband of more than 42 years, Jerry Michael Pittman; children and spouses, Lillien & (Keith) Brock, Michelle & (Charlie) Cronnon and Donnie & (Amy) Tudors; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia & (Billy) Evans; Jackie & (Becky) Hall and Albert & (Wanda) Hall; 6 grandchildren, Lee & (Alexis) Ashburn, Allen Cronnon, Ashley Parker, Molly Parker, Zachary Brock and Austin Cronnon; 1 great granddaughter, Elaine Ashburn; niece, Cindy Hall; nephew, Tinker & (Beverly) Bowling; special friend, Cindy James; and numerous extended family & friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 13, 2021 in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Bro. Johnny Godgiben officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday and prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
