Earline Juanita Stephenson Prescott

February 16, 1947 ~ June 20, 2021

Earline Juanita Stephenson Prescott, 74 of Fort Oglethorpe, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021.  She was raised in Ider, Alabama and has resided in the North Georgia area most of her life. She attended Parkway Baptist Church and worked at Pruitt Health Care in Fort Oglethorpe for over 40 years. Earline enjoyed traveling to the beach, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was very kind hearted and loved taking care of her patients and making them happy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny “JP” Payne; father, William Bill Stephenson; mother, Dollie Tigue Odom; son, Michael “Mikey” Loyd Teague; brother, Charles Howard York. Survivors include her children, Rodger Anthony (Debbie) Teague, LaRona Prescott & (JB) Sholtz; sister, Hellen Muńoz; grandchildren, Tasha Nicole Padgett, Michelle Blevins, Malaya LaShae Primo, Kyle-Jayce “KJ” Prescott, Kylie-Jordyn Prescott; great grandchildren, Jessy and Jenna Blevins, as well as several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 23, 2021 in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow in the Lakewood Memorial Gardens ~ South.     I am so sorry to hear of the passing of my sweet friend! We worked together for many years I have so many memories especially to put that lipstick on ! I live in South Ga I did not know until today (Friday) Pauline called me! Prayers and love!

    I am so sorry to hear of my dear friend passing.We spent many years working together at FONC and had many good times.She was a very special person that taught me to always keep the lipstick in my pocket!Still do that all these years later. “SISTA” will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

    So sorry to hear of your passing a week later.. Prescott you was the ambassador a FONC Manor always there greeting us with that smile and sense of humor that always made us feel welcome and part of the FONC family. You will never be forgotten Prescott. To the family left behind so sorry for your loss, she was a amazing person, friend, mentor and a lady that truly will never be forgotten
