Phyllis Ann Watkins, age 70 of Rossville, passed away Tuesday May 18, 2021. She was of the Baptist faith. She retired from Kmart after 25 years of dedicated service and was currently employed with North American Credit Services. She loved arts and crafts and was an avid do-it-yourselfer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Virginia Tatum; and sister Deborah Kidd.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 48 years, Jerry Watkins; daughters, Elizabeth Smith (Thomas) and Becky Brumlow (Adam); sister, Carolyn Poe (J.P.); grandchildren; Ramsey Brumlow, Reese Brumlow and Landon Smith; nieces, Andrea Bentley (Greg) and Caroline Bentley; nephews, James Blackwell (Bonnie), Edward Blackwell (Ashley), and Johnny Brock; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends 4pm until 8pm Friday and 10am until 12pm Saturday at the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel of Wilson Funeral Home. Memorial Service will be 12pm Saturday in The Chapel.

    Becky and family. I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of Phyllis. She was the sweetest person who would do anything for you and was by far one of the craftiest people I knew. May she rest in peace and you all find comfort in her peace.
