Frances Mae Hardy Mann age 78, of LaFayette, Georgia went home to be with The Lord on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. She was born in Berryton, Georgia to the late Stanley & Lucille McGraw Hardy. She was a lifelong resident of the Northwest Georgia area and loved her Savior and Lord. She was a former employee of Instant Turf where she had worked as a creeler. She enjoyed tending to her flowers, shopping, fishing, riding around in the car, watching TV Westerns and movies. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son: Larry Eugene Mann, sister: Peggy Miolen and brother: Curtis Hunter. She is survived by her loving husband of sixty-one years: William Henry Eugene “Gene” Mann, their children: Wanda (Charles) Alexander, Lisa (Tony) Turnipseed, Johnny Mann, sister: Rita (Mark) Cardin all of LaFayette, GA, grandchildren: Keri (Joshua) Epperson, Justin (Kayla) Ward, Chris Alexander, Misty (Robert “Bo”) Fulton, Torie Mitchell, Casey (Mariah) Mann, Tristan Mann, Jacie Mann, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and after 11:00 am prior to the service on Friday. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, May 7, 2021 in the funeral home chapel with Reverends: Justin Ward and Paul Goodman officiating and the eulogy by Tim Day. Burial will follow in West Hills Cemetery, Summerville, Georgia.
